- Small-claims option: Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where you reside or in Maryland.
- 30-day opt-out: Email support@seabird.biz within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with your name and contact email to opt out of arbitration; if you opt out, Maryland courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
